The staff, friendly, supportive, and helpful. Continental breakfast service, very good. Central location, easy access to tourist sights. Pleasant room, comfortable bed, clean bedding. Unique decor. Safe and quiet location. Good location for exploring on foot.

Quick breakfast service. We were able to visit spanish steps that was right by the hotel. Our stay was ENJOYABLE as usual. The property stands in the central location.

Spending my Christmas holiday at this charming inn was a delightful experience. the warm and hospitable staff was the highlight of my stay. the service from check-in to check-out was exceptional and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. the location was perfect for exploring the city's key sights. It was situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to the city centre and provided easy access to public transportation. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered every day. the continental breakfast included fresh pastries, juice, and coffee which was a perfect start to my day.
finding the hotel was a bit confusing as there were no clear signs indicating its location.

The hotel is difficult to locate as it is situated within a nondescript building, and the facilities could use improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist sights in central Rome. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with extra pillows that were a godsend. The decor of this place was also very unique, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel offered a great breakfast selection and complimentary snacks in the lobby. The location was perfect, being close to major attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a map and recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The room we were assigned to had some issues. The heating system was not working properly and the room was quite chilly.
